This policy will be in effect starting 8/1/25 and will expire on 8/1/26. If you enroll after 8/1, your student will be covered the day after your enrollment.
After enrolling, get an ID card in the blue box below.
If you need to provide proof of coverage, please print out an ID Card which will show your policy number. You may fill in your student’s name and school district and check off which coverage you have purchased.
